Refund policy

Please be advised that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we typically only have one of each kind available at any given time. Additionally, since our fabrics are pure and the weaves delicate, each garment requires meticulous handling. Therefore, cancellations, returns, and exchanges can only be accommodated in exceptional cases.


Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped, provided that no tassels and/or fall pico have been added at your request.
  • Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit equivalent to the value of your order, which can be used for any future purchases on our website.
  • If you prefer a refund instead, any bank/payment gateway processing charges will be deducted from the total before the refund is issued.
  • Only unstitched garments (such as sarees, stoles, and dupattas) are eligible for cancellation. Orders for fabrics and pre-made apparel/garments cannot be canceled or returned.

Returns:

Returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects or dispatch of incorrect items.

  • Please note that while we strive to ensure that product colors are accurately represented on our website, slight variations may occur due to factors such as lighting, angles, and fabric characteristics. Such variations do not qualify as grounds for return.
  • Apparel/garments and fabrics cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, kindly email your request to Kaarikaar.gnsarees@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Return requests submitted beyond 48 hours of parcel delivery will not be considered.

If your package arrives tampered with, damaged, or unsealed, please refrain from accepting it and contact us immediately at Kaarikaar.gnsarees@gmail.com or call +91  80093 47577.

In the rare instance of receiving a damaged product, please email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with your return request. Upon receipt and review of your request, we will assess the situation and provide authorization for return/exchange within 5 working days.

Once authorized, the product must be returned in its original packaging to G.N. SAREES at the address provided below within 5 days, accompanied by the original bill and intact tags.

Refunds:

We aim to process all returns within 7 working days.

  • You may choose to receive a refund in the form of store credits or have the amount refunded to your original debit or credit card used for payment. However, return shipping charges and a restocking fee may apply.
  • While G.N. SAREE will initiate the refund process within 7 working days, the actual timeline for crediting the amount to your account may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchanges:

You may proceed with an exchange only if no tassels and/or fall pico have been added at your request or confirmation.

  • Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items dispatched in exchange. (For overseas shipments, incoming shipments into India may incur significant custom duty charges, which will need to be borne by the customer.)
  • For international exchanges, both to and from shipping charges will apply.
  • Since all of our apparel is custom-made, it cannot be exchanged. Fabrics, being cut from full yardage, are also not eligible for exchange.

Please be aware that any product that has been opened, unfolded, or tried on will not be eligible for exchange.
